Claude Usage Tracker is a browser extension that displays your Claude.ai session and weekly usage limits directly in the Claude.ai sidebar. This policy explains what information the extension accesses and how it is used.
The extension reads your Claude.ai organization ID and usage data (session percentage used, weekly percentage used, and reset times) directly from Claude.ai's own website while you are logged in. It does this using your existing browser session, the same way any page on claude.ai already has access to that information.
The extension stores your Claude.ai organization ID locally on your device using Chrome's built in storage API. This value never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
The extension does not collect analytics. It does not track your browsing activity. It does not use cookies for tracking purposes. It does not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties. It does not send any data to servers operated by the developer of this extension.
The extension requests the "storage" permission so it can remember your organization ID between sessions, and host permission for claude.ai so it can read usage data from Claude's own API while you are on that site. No other websites are accessed.
Your organization ID remains stored locally until you remove the extension or manually clear its data through Chrome's extension settings.
